eCampus Login Page Will Not Load
Symptom:
When attempting to access the Student and Faculty Portal, one (1) or more of the following happens:
  • Get stuck at Waiting for ecampus.phoenix.edu...
  • Receive a blank white page
  • Receive a timeout or similar error
  • Page does not load, fully or at all
Cause:
This issue can occur by one (1) or more of the causes below:
  • Accessing eCampus from a bad link/search result/URL
  • Corrupt browser cache & cookies
  • Browser extension/add-on blocking connection
  • Corrupt DNS Cache
  • Bad or unstable Internet connection
Resolution:
