Add File Extension to File Name

Question:
How to add a missing file extension to file name that doesn't have a file extension?
Answer:
To add a file extension, perform the following:
  1. Browse to the location where the file was saved
  2. Right-click file
  3. Left-click Rename
  4. Press the right arrow key once
  5. Type a period, then insert the desired file extension (doc/docx for Word Document, pdf for Adobe Reader, etc.)
  6. Press the Enter key to apply the changes
