Computer Will Not Shut Down
Symptom:
After I select Shut down or Restart the computer shows a shutdown screen but nothing else happens.
Cause:
This issue is caused by a program or process that is still running and likely cannot be stopped by Windows.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue press and hold down the power button down for 15 seconds or until the computer shuts down. Wait at least 10 seconds before starting up the computer again.
