Article Not Found Message Searching Library
Symptom:
When clicking on a result in ProQuest or EBSCOhost, I receive one of the following messages:
  • The requested document was not found (ProQuest)
  • Your search for [search terms] found 0 results (EBSCOhost)
Cause:
This issue may be cause by the following:
  • Article location or file name may have changed on database servers
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
  • Access ProQuest or EBSCOhost, directly, and perform the keyword search
