AudioAce Recordings Show Zero Length
Symptom:
Audio Ace recordings show a time length of zero even though it appeared to be recording.
Cause:
This issue may be caused by one or more of the following:
  • No microphone connected
  • Microphone is not enabled
  • Adobe Flash Player cache is not large enough and needs to be expanded
  • Flash cache is corrupted
  • Internet browser cache is corrupted
Resolution:
To resolve this issue please perform one or more of the following:
  • Troubleshoot your microphone
  • Change your Flash cache storage settings
  • Clear Flash cache
  • Clear Internet browser cache and cookies
