After accessing the Tutor.com Live Math Tutoring page and selecting the class I'm in, I am brought to a page saying I need Microsoft Silverlight.

This page will show up when the Microsoft Silverlight plugin is not installed or not functioning

To troubleshoot Microsoft Silverlight plugin, do the following:

First Verify Silverlight is installed & functioning by going to the Microsoft Silverlight page:www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/

• If prompted to install, there is a possibilty it is not installed/enabled

After installation of Silverlight, the browser must be restarted before it will become active

• If it is still not working after installation of Silverlight and restarting the browser, it may be disabled; click the following links for instructions on checking for plugins/add-ons in the browser you are using
  • Check Extensions of Google Chrome
  • Check Plugins Firefox
  • Check Add-ons Internet Explorer

Note: If you cannot install Silverlight on your system due to restrictions, click the using our original classroom link in the message at the bottom of the Silverlight prompt page. This will load an older (limited) version of the tutoring environment.
