Symptom:
Adobe Flash Crashes and Freezes Browser when attempting to load a page with flash content. This could include one of the following Student resources:
  • eCampus Student and Faculty Portal Login Page (add on left)
  • eCampus Student and Faculty Portal Home Page (Videos of interest and PeTs Toolbar)
  • Toolwire Learnscape
  • Toolwire Gamescape
  • WEB LINKS
  • MyMathLab
  • Step-by-Step Math Review
  • Brochure Builder
  • Word Surgery
Cause:
Due to one of the following:
  • Adobe Flash Player Application Installation corrupted/damaged
  • Adobe Flash Player Plugin corrupted/damaged
  • Browser instability or configuration
  • Third party Browser Add-ons, Extensions or Toolbars
  • OS User profile damaged
Resolution:
Do one of the following:
  • Clear Browsing History (Cookies and Cache)
  • Repair or Re-install Adobe Flash Player
  • Disable Third Party Browser Add-ons, Extensions and/or Toolbars
  • Disable Security Software
  • Reset Browser to factory settings
  • Restore PC to previous state
  • Create new user profile
