Clearing Cache and Cookies in Firefox on Mac

Question:
How do I clear Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox on a MAC OSX?
Answer:
Note: Try clearing phoenix.edu cookies before clearing all the browser cache and cookies, if the URL that is having problems contains phoenix.edu. This method is designed to clear phoenix cookies. Just click on your name top right and Logging out. Once you log out close and reopen your browser and login again.

To clear all websites cache and cookies in Firefox, perform the following:
Firefox Version 21 and Below:
  1. Click Tools menu
  2. Select Clear Recent History...
  3. Select Everything from drop-down for Time range to clear:
  4. Check the boxes next to:
    • Cookies
    • Cache
    • Offline Website Data
    Note: If these options are not available, click the down arrow next to Details to expand
  5. Click Clear Now
  6. Click Firefox​ menu
  7. Select Quit Firefox
Firefox Version 22 and Newer:
  1. Click History menu
  2. Select Clear Recent History...
  3. Select Everything from drop-down for Time range to clear:
  4. Check the boxes next to:
    • Cookies
    • Cache
    • Offline Website Data
    Note: If these options are not available, click the down arrow next to Details to expand
  5. Click Clear Now
  6. Click Firefox​ menu
  7. Select Quit Firefox
