Acknowledgement Creates Login Event
Symptom:
When logging in I see an acknowledgement that prevents me from getting to the homepage of MyPhoenix and accessing my classes.
Cause:
You must accept the acknowledgement before getting to the Home page.
Resolution:
To get past the acknowledgement, please perform the following:
  1. Click the link to open the acknowledgement
  2. Review the information to be acknowledged
    ​Note: Adobe Reader may need to be installed to view the information.
  3. Check the box for Acknowledgement
  4. Click Accept if you accept the terms
Some examples of acknowledgements include, but are not limited to:
  • Student Code of Conduct
  • My Student Verification
