When attempting to submit updates for my demographic data on the 1098-T Information page, the following error occurs:
Error Description: The transport failed to connect to the server.
Cause:
This is a known issue with the 1098-T Information page.
Resolution:
To update your demographic information, please contact the 1098-T Hotline for students at (888) 867-6858.
