eCampus Navigation Issues

Question:
What steps can I take if I am seeing errors or general navigation issues on the eCampus Portal?  
Examples of issues:
  • Authentication errors
  • Access errors
  • Prompted for login
  • No response
  • Continuously loading
Answer:
Some issues can be easily resolved by performing the following:
  1. Log out of website (Will only work with domains ending with phoenix.edu)
  2. Close the web browser
  3. Re-open web browser and try again

If the issue persists, or issue is with another domain (EX: apollolibrary.com), clear the cache and cookies in the web browser and re-start the browser.

If this still does not resolve the problem, try using a different web browser:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Internet Explorer
  • Safari
