• Clear Internet browser cookies and cache
• Reset Internet browser
• Use alternate browser

1. Click Tools (may be present as a "gear" icon below the red x in the upper right)
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Select Trusted Sites
5. Click Sites
6. Uncheck Require Server Verification near bottom
7. Insert *.apollolibrary.com in Add This Website to the Zone
8. Click Add
9. Click Close
10. Click OK
11. Close and reopen Internet Explorer
