Symptom:
**NA** is the only option in the State/Province field in the application on singlecoursemyapply.phoenix.edu
Cause:
The selection for Select your address is set to Outside U.S., and there are no provinces available for the selected country.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform one of the following:
  • Choose U.S., in the Select your address type field
  • If outside the U.S., select a country with provinces in the Country field (i.e. Canada)
