Android University of Phoenix Mobile Application Troubleshooting

Question:
How do I perform basic troubleshooting for University of Phoenix (UOPX) Mobile App issues?
Answer:

NOTE: The Phoenix Mobile App is not currently compatible with Android OS: 9.0.

To troubleshoot the UOPX Mobile App, perform the following:
Update Application
  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap Menu
  3. Tap My Apps or Manage Apps
  4. Tap University of Phoenix Mobile
  5. Tap Update
    Note: If University of Phoenix is not listed, it may be already up to date.
Restart Android
  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  2. Tap Power off
  3. Press the Sleep/Wake button again
Clear Application Data Through Phone
  1. Open Menu
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Storage
  4. Tap Apps
  5. Tap University of Phoenix Mobile
  6. Tap Clear Data
  7. Exit the App
  8. Reopen the App and try again
Clear Application Data Through App
  1. Open App
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Local Storage
  4. Tap Clear Stored Data
  5. Exit the App
  6. Reopen the App and try again
Remove Application
  1. Open Menu
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Applications
  4. Tap Manage Apps
  5. Tap University of Phoenix Mobile
  6. Tap Uninstall
  7. Tap Allow
Reinstall Application
  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap Search (magnifying glass)
  3. Enter University of Phoenix Mobile
  4. Tap Search
  5. Tap University of Phoenix Mobile
  6. Tap Install
  7. Tap Accept & Download
