Cannot Access Student Workshop

Question:
How do I gain access to a workshop I am unable to open within the Student and Faculty Portal?
Answer:
If you do not have access after 3 PM on the start date of the workshop, please contact the Student Workshop Team directly at studentworkshopsteam@phoenix.edu. Please include the following information in your email:
  • Full name
  • Individual Record Number (IRN)
  • Full name of the workshop

Note: If a Faculty member does not post the starter threads the day before the workshop, the Student Workshop Team should be contacted immediately.
