Change Modality After Application Sent to Office of Admissions and Evaluations (OAE) 

Question:
How do I change the Local Campus/Online modality after my application has been submitted to OAE or College Services?
Answer:
If the application has already been completed and submitted and you would like to change from Online Associates to Local Campus/Online modality you cannot do so electronically unless the application is expired.

If it has expired, log into myapply.phoenix.edu and click Continue. If it has not expired, you will need to contact your Enrollment Representative to complete a paper application.
