Symptom:
I am unable to uninstall Flash Player with the normal uninstall procedure.
Cause:
The installation has become corrupt or damaged.
Resolution:
Adobe has developed an uninstaller that can be utilized to remove Flash Player outside the normal uninstall procedure. To access the uninstaller, perform the following:
