Gray Window When Accessing Tools on PeTs Toolbar
Symptom:
When I select any features in the Tools (PeTs) toolbar on eCampus, all that is displayed is a blank gray page.
Cause:
One or more of the following may cause the issue:
  • Adobe Flash Player is not installed or out of date
  • Flash Player cache is corrupt or full and needs to be emptied
  • Accessing site on mobile device
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform one or more of the following:
Verify Adobe Flash Player is installed, functioning, current by performing the following:
  1. Go to www.adobe.com
  2. Under the Help section (center of page, towards bottom) click "Flash Player installation help
  3. If Adobe Flash Player is installed functioning, the version will be displayed next to the red flashing arrow
  4. Compare the version listed in the box with the version for your OS/Browser listed in the Latest Flash Player Version table
  • If version shown is older than version listed in table, Flash Player will need to be updated
  • If information box is missing or blank, Flash Player is not installed/functioning
Install the latest version of Flash Player (if outdated or missing)
  1. Flash Player can be installed via the Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER button under Step 2 of the above referenced site
Clear Flash Player cache by performing the following:
  1. Go to Website Storage Settings Manager
  2. Click Delete all sites
  3. Click Confirm
