Adobe Reader Install Error
Symptom:
When I attempt to install Adobe Reader, the following error occurs:
  • Internal error x abort: certificate authentication failed. Please re-install to correct the problem.
  • Blank Screen when selected
  • Unable to Download due to browser Compatability
  • No Responce when Selected
  • Unable to Run after download is successful ( Restart Computer)
Cause:
This issue is caused by installation file needing to be saved to the computer prior to running the installation.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, Save the installation file to the desktop and then run the file.
