Question:
How do I clear data and reset my University of Phoenix (UOPX) Mobile App to the default values?
Answer:
To clear all data and reset settings back to their default values, perform the following:
  1. Select Settings from the Main Menu
  2. Select Applications
  3. Select Manage Applications
  4. Select UOPX Mobile App from the list
  5. Tap Clear Data
  6. Restart the app
Once the data is cleared, you will need to create a new passcode.
