Updating the Student Verification Information

Question:
How do I set up or change the Student Verification Information?
Answer:
To set up or change your information, perform the following:
  1. Log into the Student and Faculty Portal at https://ecampus.phoenix.edu/
  2. Click Account
  3. Click the My Student Verification Information link under Account Settings
  4. Enter a four (4) digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the box under the Security Pin for your account section
     Note: To hide the characters in this section, check the box next to Hide characters of PIN
  5. Select a challenge question from each of the five drop-downs in the Challenge Questions section
     Note: To hide the characters in this section, check the box next to Hide characters of Answers
  6. Enter the answer to each challenge question in the corresponding fields provided
     Note: Each answer must be unique, all five questions and answers are required
  7. Click Submit
You will receive a Success message if all fields were completed correctly, or an error message will display if corrections need to be made.
 
Requirements for PIN:
Please choose a 4 digit Verification Number. This number cannot be sequential (1234) nor can it consist of all the same digits (1111)
 
Requirements for Questions:
Answers to challenge questions must be at least 3 characters, no more than 20 characters, and can consist only of letters A-Z and numbers 0-9. All other characters including spaces and special characters are not allowed. Each answer must be unique (you cannot provide the same answer for multiple questions). All 5 questions and answers are required.
