Question:
How do I clear the stored website data in Flash Player?
Answer:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
Website Storage Settings Panel
  1. Go to Website Storage Settings Manager
  2. Click Delete all sites
  3. Click Confirm
Control Panel
  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Verify View by: settings in the upper right hand corner is set to Large icons or Small icons
  4. Click Flash Player
  5. Click Delete All button under Learn more about privacy controls
  6. Check Delete All Data and Settings
  7. Click Delete Data
  8. Close the Flash Player Settings Manager panel
  9. Close the Control Panel
Note: This can also be performed by clearing out the cache and cookies in your browser.
