When will the 1098-T tax form be available on the Student and Faculty Portal?

The 1098-T Tuition Statement for the 2019 reporting year is expected to be made live by the end of January 2020. An electronic 1098-T statement will be available on the Account tab of eCampus for a period of three (3) reporting years. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print a copy of the statement.

To withdraw your electronic consent and request a paper copy of the 1098-T statement, please send a request to the following address:

Notes:

• University of Phoenix reports strictly by receipts. If your account does not have a receipt posted during the reporting year then you will not receive a 1098-T Tuition Statement for the reporting year.
• If paper is selected for the delivery method, previous 1098-T forms will not show. You can switch the delivery method to Electronic, and within 24-72 hours the 1098-T forms should be able to be viewed electronically.
