Obtaining Additional Help for the Library

Question:
Is there a way to obtain further assistance from the University Library?
Answer:
If you require the assistance of a Librarian, you can use the Ask a Librarian service.

To use the Ask a Librarian service, perform the following:
  1. Click the Library tab
  2. Click University Library
  3. Click Ask Us button in the middle of the page
  4. Enter all requested information in the Ask Us section
  5. Click Submit Your Question
Note: Responses from Ask a Librarian can take up to 24 hrs. You can also send an email to library@phoenix.edu if you don't get a response from the new "ask us!" feature within 24 hours.
