Adobe Reader Blocking eBook Server

Question:
What should I do if I selected Block instead of Allow after I unlocked my eBook in Adobe Reader?
Answer:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
  1. Open Adobe Reader 8 or later
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Click Trust Manager
  5. Click Change Settings
  6. Select ppdf.phoenix.edu under My Web Sites
  7. Click Delete
