Copy From Microsoft Office Word to Discussion Post

Question:
How do I copy content from Microsoft Word and paste it in to a post in the Discussion area?
Answer:
To paste the information, perform the following:
  1. Highlight the desired text in Microsoft Word (pressing Ctrl + A on the keyboard will select all the text in the entire document)
  2. Press Ctrl + C on the keyboard to copy the selected text
  3. Open the Discussion forum to which you would like to post
  4. Click New Message or open an existing thread and click Reply
  5. Press Ctrl + V on the keyboard to paste the text from the Microsoft Word document
  6. Click Post after completing message to post

Note: If CTRL-V cannot be used, the Clipboard icon above the typing window will also allow text to be pasted.
