Copying and Pasting Website Information into Messages

Question:
Can I copy and paste information from a website into a classroom post?
Answer:
You can copy and paste information from external websites in messages however, it is highly recommended you use the default text editor when pasting the information into the message. This will ensure that your message does not contain odd formatting that could possibly be transferred from the source website.

If you only need to copy and paste a website's address, perform the following:
  1. Right click on URL and choose Copy link location or Copy shortcut
  2. Paste into Post Editor by right clicking and choosing Paste or when you are on a Windows Computer CTRL-V or with a Macintosh Control+V to Paste.
