Accessing Student End of Course Survey (SEOCS)

Question:
How do I access the Student End of Course Survey (SEOCS)?
Answer:
The SEOCS is available to complete when logging in to the student eCampus site. It appears below the current classes in the Task list box on the home page. 

Students are given a ten day window to complete the electronic version of the SEOCS. The invitation will appear three (3) days prior to the end of the course. The survey will stay available for seven (7) days after the course ends. 

If the Electronic Survey Doesn't Work or Student Missed the Window
If a student requests a survey because he or she could not access the survey on eCampus for whatever reason,Academic Counselors, Re-Entry Representatives, or Student Services Counselors (ACs) can collect the student's feedback and forward it to Allcollegecommunication@phoenix.edu, along with the basic info (IRN, Course prefix) for the College to explore why SEOCS did not generate for the student.
