Registering for the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Website

How do I register for the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Website?
Answer:
To register for the CITI Website, perform the following:
  1. Go to http://www.citiprogram.org/
  2. Click Register Here
  3. Fill out the form, being sure to select University of Phoenix in the Select Your Organization Affiliation drop down box
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and that you are affiliated with the University of Phoenix
  5. Click Continue to Create Your CITI Program Username/Password
  6. Fill out the the remaining 6 steps
  7. On Step 7 complete the following:
    1. Select SBR (Basic) for Question 1
    2. Select I have not for Question 2
  8. Click Complete Registration
