Locating the Case Number for a Previous Technical Support Interaction

Question:
How can I locate a case number from a previous interaction with Technical Support?
Answer:
Each interaction with a Technical Support Analyst will generate a case number. This case number is automatically emailed to one of the email accounts on file.

Please check your email for a message from Technical Support (technical.support@apollogrp.edu) with the subject line of University of Phoenix Technical Support Case Number XXXXXX, where the x's will be replaced with the case number.
