Unable to View Program Summary or Summary of Transfer Credits Evaluated
Symptom:
When attempting to view Student Program Summary or Summary of Transfer Credits Evaluated, the following errors may occur:
You currently do not meet the requirements to receive the Student Program Summary Report. If you have any questions please contact your campus.

OR

Your Summary of Transfer Credit is unavailable at this time. Please allow 6-8 weeks from your date of application for your campus to receive your official transcripts and for the Corporate Office of Admissions to evaluate your academic file. If you have any questions, please contact your campus.
Cause:
This error occurs when your student record contains an error. The first error can also occur if you are enrolling in non-degree program courses.
Resolution:
Please contact your Academic Representative at your campus to have your information corrected. If you are enrolling for non-degree program courses, this is not an error due to it not being part of a program.
