Unable to Contact Representative

Question:
What should I do if I am unable to reach my Enrollment, Finance or Academic representative?
Answer:
If after several attempts, you are still unable to contact your representative, please contact University of Phoenix Customer Service at (800) 366-9699. A customer service agent will attempt to contact your representative for you. If your representative is unavailable, the agent will attempt to locate an available representative on the same team.
 
Customer Service Hours of Operation:  
  • Mon-Fri: 5 AM to 9 PM Arizona time (MST)
  • Sat: 6 AM to 5 PM Arizona time (MST)
  • Sun: Closed
