Where could I locate my advisor contact information?

You will find your Enrollment Representative, Academic Representative, and/or Financial contact information in the Student and Faculty Portal under University Contacts at the bottom of the Home tab. You could also locate the contact information under the Need Help? sections off to the right of the Account and Program tabs within eCampus.

• If advisor information is missing or incorrect, please contact your Academic Representative to update your records. If you do not know or are unable to reach your advisor, please contact the University of Phoenix Contact Center at 800-366-9699 to provide contact information and/or request to be transferred to an advisor.
• To contact a Financial Advisor please contact Student Financial Services (SFS) at 888-346-8679
