To have your name changed, please contact your Academic Advisor. Your Academic Counselor's contact information can be located under Program Information on the Student and Faculty Portal. If your Academic Counselor's contact information is missing from the Student and Faculty Portal or you do not currently have one assigned, please contact the Apollo Contact Center (ACC) at (800) 366-9699.

If you are not currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix and not applying for a new program please contact the Office of Admissions and Records at 800-866-3919
