Clearing Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox

Question:
How do I clear cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox?
Answer:
To clear the cache and cookies in Firefox, perform the following:
 
Note: Note: Before clearing cache and cookies try clearing phoenix.edu cookies before clearing the browser cache and cookies, if the URL that is having problems contains “phoenix.edu”, this method is designed to clear those cookies. Just click on your name top right and Logging out.  Once you log out close and reopen your browser and login again.
Firefox version 57 or later
  1. Click the Firefox menu  on the browser toolbar.
  2. Click the Library icon
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear Recent History
  5. In Time Range to Clear, choose Everything
  6. Check the box next to Cookies
  7. Check the box next to Cache
  8. Click Clear Now
  9. Close and restart the browser
Note: This is a library icon top right next to the Firefox Menu that you can click on as well
Firefox version 29
  1. Click the Firefox menu  on the browser toolbar.
  2. Click History
  3. Click Clear Recent History
  4. In Time Range to Clear, choose Everything
  5. Check the box next to Cookies
  6. Check the box next to Cache
  7. Click Clear Now
  8. Close and restart the browser
Firefox version 28 or earlier
  1. Click History or the orange Firefox tab in the top left and hover over History
  2. Click Clear Recent History
  3. Select Everything from Time range to clear
  4. Check the box next to Cookies
  5. Check the box next to Cache
  6. Click Clear Now
  7. Close and restart Firefox
