Financial Aid not an Option on Student Finance Agreement (SFA)
Symptom:
I am unable to select Financial Aid Plan as an option on the Student Finance Agreement.
Cause:
This issue can occur due to the following:
  • General Studies selected as degree program
  • Social Security Number (SSN) not provided
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform one of the following:
Change Program of Study
  1. Click Program Details
  2. Click the Program drop-down and select a new degree program
  3. Click Next
Enter the SSN
  1. Click Submit SSN
  2. Enter the SSN in the corresponding boxes
  3. Click Next
