1. Navigate to https://ecampus.phoenix.edu
2. Select one of the following
   • I forgot my username
   • I forgot my password
   • I forgot my username and password
3. Enter the following information
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number (SSN)
4. Select I am not a Robot and complete the CAPTCHA
5. Select Continue
   • If only retrieving username confirmation will be given after this step
6. Username will be displayed
7. Enter new password and confirm new password
8. Select Finish

Note: If you are a faculty member, new applicant, international student, or do not have a Social Security Number/ Date of Birth on file, you will need to navigate to https://my.phoenix.edu/apply to reset your password by email.
