Updating Personal Information in MyPhoenix

Question:

How do I update my address and other personal information that may be out of date or incorrect?

Answer:

To update your personal information, please perform the following:

Log into MyPhoenix at https://ecampus.phoenix.edu
Click the Account tab
Click Change Address/Contact Information
On the left, select one (1) or more of the following:
- About Me
- Contact Information
- Academic Information
- Professional Information
Click Edit Profile and Privacy Settings
Add/remove/change the desired information
Set the visibility options on the right (optional)
Click Save to update the changes
Note: If an error stating All fields marked with * are required appears and does not show exactly which area it is referring to is due to the limitations of the system. The message actually refers to all sections of the profile and either the entire section must be filled out or nothing must be filled out for the profile to save. Please go through each section and fill in information until the required fields are filled out.

You can update any or all of the following information:

Home Address
Telephone Numbers
Email Addresses
Note: If you are unable to update the home address, please contact your Academic Counselor directly to update the address manually.
