Order Transcript

Question:
How do I obtain my University transcript?
Answer:
For a copy of your transcript, please perform one or more of the following:
Unofficial Transcript
  1. Log in to https://ecampus.phoenix.edu
    Note: You do not need to be a current student to log in to the Student and Faculty Portal. Those that do not have a username on file could click New to campus? Sign up here to register as a new user on the site, as transcripts are associated with your Individual Record Number (IRN).
  2. Click the Program tab
  3. Click Order Transcripts at the bottom of the Program Progress box to the right
  4. Click View Unofficial Transcript
    Note: You can print or save the unofficial transcript as a PDF file at anytime, free of charge, even if a balance is owed.
  5. Click one of the following under Unofficial Transcript:
    • Print preview
    • Save as PDF
Official Transcript
  1. Log in to https://ecampus.phoenix.edu
    Note: You do not need to be a current student to log in to the Student and Faculty Portal. Those that do not have a username on file could click New to campus? Sign up here to register as a new user on the site, as transcripts are associated with your Individual Record Number (IRN).
  2. Click Order Transcripts under the Quick Links section of the Home tab
    Note: If Order Transcripts is not located under Quick Links, it can also be found in the Program tab under the Program Progress section.
  3. Click Order Official Transcript
  4. Select one of the following three (3) methods:
    Send official transcript electronically to another educational institution
    1. Enter the institution's name under Search for the institution to see if it can receive an eSCRIP-SAFE™ transcript
    2. Click Search
    3. Select the correct institution
    4. Click Continue
      Note: Click Use an alternate method to manually enter the information.
    5. Verify institution information
    6. Check the box Print Social Security Number (SSN) if you want your SSN to be included on the transcript
    7. Click Proceed to payment
    8. Enter payment information
    9. Click Charge it!
      Note: The Office of Admissions and Evaluations (OAE) at 800-866-3919 can send transcripts electronically to an educational institution if we are partnered with them and they participate in Safe-Script. If you need to send transcripts to an email address, you will have to send them electronically through eCampus. Additionally, you are limited to the following; three (3) copies per request, 12 transactions a month, and 24 transactions a year.
    Send official transcript electronically to yourself or another recipient
    1. Select one of the following:
      • Send to my email address
        1. Select Email
        2. Select Address
      • Send to other email address
        1. Enter Recipient's Name
        2. Enter Recipient's Email Address
        3. Enter Address Information
          Note: A mailing address is required when requesting transcripts by email for inclusion on the electronic transcript.
    2. Check the box Print Social Security Number (SSN) if you want your SSN to be included on the transcript
    3. Click Proceed to payment
    4. Enter payment information
    5. Click Charge it!
    Note: Transcripts sent through email are usually received within a few minutes. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not receive the message within your Inbox. Additionally, you are limited to the following; three (3) copies per request, 12 transactions a month, and 24 transactions a year.
    Send official transcript by mail to yourself or any recipient within the US
    1. Select one of the following:
      • Your stored address
        Note: Click Update contact information to make changes/corrections to this address.
      • Enter alternate address
        1. Enter recipient's name
        2. Enter recipient's address
    2. Check the box Print Social Security Number (SSN) if you want your SSN to be included on the transcript
    3. Select the desired number of copies
      Note: You are limited to the following; three (3) copies per request, 12 transactions a month, and 24 transactions a year.
    4. Click Proceed to payment
    5. Enter payment information
    6. Click Charge it!
      Note: Transcripts sent through the mail are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and should be received within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The standard time frame to receive International Official Transcripts through USPS may take more than 10 business days, since there is no set time frame for international transcripts as mail times may vary per country. If you are in collections you will only be able to download an unofficial transcript.
    A $15.00 per transcript fee is charged for all official transcripts; additional taxes and/or fees may apply in some states. This fee is payable by credit/debit card, check, or money order only; cash payments will not be accepted. There is no fee for transcripts sent to preferred partner institutions via the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). If you have completed multiple degrees with UOPX, degrees will be automatically listed in the official transcript.

    Overnight transcripts can be obtained by contacting the Office of Admissions and Evaluation (OAE) at 800-866-3919. Transcripts can be sent overnight to a US street address for an additional $30 rush processing fee; overseas charges may vary. Overnight requests must be received by 10:00 AM Arizona time in order to be sent out the same day for next day delivery. Unfortunately, our overnight courier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    Please have the following information available prior to calling:
    • Name
    • IRN and/or Last Four (4) of SSN
    • Mailing or Electronic Address
    • Quantity of Transcripts Requested
    • Daytime Phone Number
    • Signature

    For the release of a transcript due to the filing of a bankruptcy petition or if you are in one of our international Local Campuses, including Mexico (Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Phoenix), Canada and Netherlands, with the exception of Puerto Rico, the online transcript request form is not available to you at this time. Please contact the OAR to request a transcript through the Registrar (official transcripts only).
    Note: The OAE can only be reached by phone.

    For any additional information on transcripts, please contact the OAE. The OAE may also be contacted to check the status of a transcript order, make changes to a transcript order, or to cancel an order.
    Note: If you do not want to have your Date of Birth listed on your transcript, you will need to order them directly from the OAE and request to have it omitted.
