How do I clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer?
Answer:
Note: Try clearing phoenix.edu cookies before clearing all the browser cache and cookies, if the URL that is having problems contains phoenix.edu. This method is designed to clear phoenix cookies. 
  1. Click on your name (top of eCampus student website).
  2. Click Logout.
  3. Restart the browser and try again.
